The Terre dei Malaspina platform offers free promotion of your organization, your professionalism, and the experiences you offer free of charge. Using online tools, you can promote, book, and manage the experiences you offer free of charge:

  • experiences that are always available and free of charge (e.g., tours, itineraries, etc.);
  • free experiences that can be activated by contacting us (e.g., educational workshops, etc.);
  • scheduled experiences with no reservation required and free of charge (e.g., events, festivals, etc.);
  • scheduled experiences with reservation required and free of charge (e.g., free visits, entry to areas with capacity restrictions, etc.).

 

You can also pre-sell all your paid experiences, according to the conditions below. 1. Sign in

2. Log in

3. Experiences

Terre dei Malaspina offers you a free listing and promotion service, pre-sales, and management of paid experiences. There are no fixed costs: each fee retained by the platform is proportional to the payments actually made by Users and collected, applied according to commission tiers:

 

Tier 1

on the cost of experience

if the arithmetic average of transactions in the reference month is between €5.00 and €200.00

Tier 2

12%
on the cost of experience

if the arithmetic average of transactions in the reference month is greater than €200.00

Tier 3

24%
on the cost of experience

if the arithmetic average of transactions in the reference month is less than €5.00

All fees charged by Terre dei Malaspina include VAT and any other charges. Terre dei Malaspina does not charge any additional fees to participating organizations. An example of the application of the Bands is available in the Commercial Offer document, attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use of the platform.

 

As described in the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use of the platform, which we invite you to read carefully:

  • Credits are recognized by the last day of the month following the date of actual collection.
  • The appropriate Tier is applied starting from the first day of the month following the month in which the collections are recorded.
  • At the time of registration, the Entry Tier, corresponding to Tier 1, is applied.
  • All taxes, any copyrights, and the issuance of the entry ticket are your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the timely execution of the experiences and, if applicable, for refunding Users for the amount paid for booking the Experience. The Service for managing the postponement and cancellation of experiences, including any refunds to Users, can be activated separately.
